Yes the food may be just a bit over average but the service was impeccable! The waitress was super friendly. Biggest smile and attentive, even with broken English. We truly enjoyed our dinner here. Weekday dinner. Had the cod croquettes to start (very tasty) followed by lamb shoulder (tender and tasty, surprisingly served wirh a portion of chips) and grilled tuna steak (also very tasty). Good traditional cooking without any pretentiousness. Not for nouvelle cuisine afficionados.

Extremely average! Maybe 20 years ago the taste and presentation of the food would have been ok, but not in 2024. Specific negative remarks: - the tuna was completely covered in garlic and we couldn't taste anything else after that but the garlic - the tuna cut was uneven, so it was mostly dry with some juicy exceptions - the side to the tuna were peas and carrots from a can - the breadbasket consisted of 5 years ago baked bread rolls similar to the ones you can buy in any low cost supermarket - we got the wrong type of grilled vegetables.
