Best place in mijas pueblo to eat, portions are very big so we always order starters and mains to share. Staff always very friendly and attentive plus prices are good also. Can’t recommend enough. We had avacado and prawn salad to start and pork steak peppercorn sauce as main meal, fantastic.

we got the swordfish Provence style and chicken escalope. the chicken did not have ANY seasonings whatsoever and was almost inedible. the breading of the chicken didn't have any seasonings either.. and some of the French fries were raw. the swordfish was average, the Provence style sauce tasted like something out of a can. the veggies on the side were just boiled frozen carrots and green beans.. not even salted and super soggy. the portions were big but they were kinda pricey too for the quality.. almost like eating some cheap British diner slop. service was quick and the server was nice tho.

First time in this typical Spanish establishment, though we’ve been here a while and consider ourselves well dined :/) Had a friend for drinks and weren’t planning to eat at any of our regulars. We mentioned having a hankering for a steak. She said, oh, you’ve got to go to la Terraza. The steaks are huge. Huge is nice. But are they good? Best steak I’ve ever had here. No kidding. Look at the photos. The gambas pil pil were delicious , too. And the people serving: outstanding. Quite a treat.
