Overall, the kebab and customer service are very good. The food is tasty, and the staff is always friendly and hardworking. However, lately they've been experiencing extremely high demand, and I think the restaurant can't handle the volume of orders. On several occasions, I've had to wait between 15 and 20 minutes to pick up my food due to the workload. It doesn't seem to be a staffing issue, but rather a problem with the space and organization in the face of such a high volume of customers. We ordered four boxes through the Uber Eats app and chose the two 2-for-1 deals for €10 each. Only two of the four boxes arrived. Ali, the manager of this disastrous establishment, completely refused to give us the other two. Even the Uber driver had to go and speak to him because those two boxes were missing. After half an hour, the manager called us and said they were on their way, in an angry and furious tone. An hour later, the kebabs still hadn't arrived. I absolutely do not recommend going to this place, and even less so ordering from them.

I placed an order through Uber Eats, and just because I wanted to remove the lettuce, they wanted to charge me an extra two euros. When the food arrived, it was cold and there was hardly any meat. I will never order from them again, and I will not recommend them. It's a total rip-off.
