This place is amazing, I have been living in Asia for 8 years and I can say that its dishes brought me back to Japan. Super high quality of raw materials, excellent presentation and staff is incredibly nice. If you wanna try real ramen this place is a must. We will come back for sure. I’m from Singapore and I’ve had some amazing Japanese food in my life but this place was definitely one of my favourites. Everything was phenomenal. The meat was so fresh and soft, it would even break as you pick it up. The quality of everything was beyond my expectations. Truly, I left feeling so content and full! I would recommend the Shoyu Ramen, Tori Paitan Ramen, and the mango mochi.

I am Japanese and I can sniff out the good ones and not-so-good ones when it comes to Japanese restaurants. I was going to write a lengthy review but I have decided not to. One thing I would say is that the curly noodles were great, the seafood based soup stock was truly amazing, ajitama yolk was perfectly jammy in the middle and the nori was not a cheap, paper thin one. All in all, definitely worth a visit if you like ramen. I will be definitely going back with my sons. One of the best Japanese restaurants in Galicia.
