I asked for huevos rotos con lomillo to go, the waitress was very nice, I asked her if I could please have the yolk made well cooked and the steak medium. She was nice and placed the order, however the waiter that was also there met with them while she was placing the order, they were looking my way and laughing, and this is the food I got. I by the way broke the yoke when I got to the hotel to see if maybe it was hard under, even though I knew better since you could clearly see it was runny.
