I reached out to Rapha Mallorca for a rental Factor Monza after I landed in Palma and found out the airline had broken my bike in transit. These guys had a bike ready for me the same day and really turned things around for me super fast. Renting a bike was totally frictionless, the cafe is top quality and I can't thank the team enough for the support they offered. Whats even better is they went the extra mile and put me in touch with the local Factor Dealer to help source me a replacement handlebar while I was using their rental bike. These guys really saved my holiday.

The staff really took the time to offer advice and a smile upstairs, despite several other customers.
