We go for breakfast most weekends, but on several visits the food experience hasn't been good. One day I ordered the Christmas pancakes I'd tried at another Vips, and they were nothing like the originals. Another time, the French toast arrived very squashed. Another day I ordered a salmon toast with seeded bread and no oil, but they didn't bring the seeded bread, insisted several times on bringing it with oil, and the avocado was half-black.
