A S★★★★★I've been to this Ritual in Paterna quite a few times in the last two years and I really like it a lot. I've had amazing dishes here, and a one off dish that was quite bad (an imitation of a curry, it's not on the menu anymore). The service is very good - the waiters we have had have always been so human, friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is good too - exactly what a cafe vibe should be for me. I tried the Ritual in Rocafort and it's not as good as this one in terms of service.

Food is great - except for bravas, which are a bit too soggy - but the fried eggplant with honey is hands down the best I have ever had in Spain. It’s one of those places you simply want to come back to.
