We went to La Viña and the experience was excellent. We tried some homemade ham and cured beef croquettes, creamy and full of flavor. The patatas bravas and aioli had just the right amount of spice and a very tasty sauce. The grilled baby squid were tender and perfectly cooked, and the garlic shrimp were juicy with that touch of garlic and chili pepper that makes you want to dip bread in it. The perfect ending was the homemade torrijas: fluffy, sweet, and with a spectacular flavor—some of the best we've ever had. Without a doubt, a place to return to and recommend.

A place with a great atmosphere and fantastic service. They prepare a range of highly recommended traditional dishes from El Bierzo. The pig's ear in sauce and the sweetbreads are particularly noteworthy, not forgetting the patatas bravas, croquettes, tortillas, and much more. They also have a lovely interior patio/terrace.

We went for dinner at this restaurant in Ponferrada, which has a terrace outside. The service was very good and the food was quite good. The quality, quantity, and price were excellent. We're not giving it five stars because the cutlery wasn't perfectly clean, especially the plates. They had some stains. I suppose if they improve this, we'll give it five stars when we return.

The service this weekend was appalling. We waited two hours for a portion of potatoes with aioli, which they charged us 8 euros for, and they weren't anything special. The waitress thought I was lying because, supposedly, I hadn't ordered anything when she saw me and was very polite. Definitely expensive and disappointing.
