Half an hour waiting for the order. Empty restaurant. All the staff in the kitchen just standing and laughing. Being extremely rude when we asked what is going on. Left without getting our food. Worst service ever.

Surprisingly quick service inside the restaurant, once we ordered using the touch screen it was only about 5 mins before we got our order, despite being very busy, and the chicken was delicious! The fries weren't great, unfortunately, but everything else was tasty. Bit expensive (25+- for 3 people, no dessert) but worth it for an occasional treat.

Worst KFC in the planet. UPD: Omg, guys: Address not found Your message wasn't delivered to [email protected] because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail. 04 Sep, ~20:00, receipt 97 probably. 1. Your display does not work - man shout numbers (or workers ignored it) 2. Wait time was crazy 20 mins - it's about the preparation of food in a normal restaurant, not about fast food 3. Man forgot to give both my drinks 4. When I returned and forced him to check the receipt - he forgot one of my drinks I can't remember a worse experience last time.

No salt on my fries. Why is the service so bad? The staff isn't helpful. The chicken burger is bad. Tasted bitter.
