“Food was amazing and David had excellent service!”

The food was well-seasoned and the atmosphere was pleasant. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Despite it being a slow business day, the servers were unfriendly and very slow. I had to wait over 25 minutes just to place an order. The restaurant looked unattended and unclean, and customers had to go up to the servers to get attention. Had to send back a plate after waiting for 30 minutes because it came out cold. The poor service ultimately overshadowed the entire experience.

The food far surpassed our expectations, but the food left some to be desired. Can’t complain this close to a tourist attraction, but overall we were pleasantly surprised by how good the tapas were! Some of the better Potato Bravas we had all trip!

One of the servers a female sat us down. I asked her about a soup and I let her know that was what I wanted. She said she had other tables which literally they had been served. She decided to ignore us for another 15 minutes. She was cleaning the tables ignoring us, in which I waved done the male server. He sat us at another table and I asked him why the female server had sat us there and not taken our order he said maybe she didn't like you. I though that was rude of her but maybe he was honest. She never came back. I got my food which was delicious. Just thinking do the owners know the type

We ate there on a day trip to Sevogia, and we were lucky enough to be served by Natalia! I didn’t speak much Spanish, but she was incredibly patient in trying to take our order and understand us. She was incredibly sweet, and lovely to speak with, always having a smile on her face. Natalia was incredibly responsive, delivering our requests within seconds. If we come again, I would absolutely eat here again as she made it incredibly memorable. Definitely 10/10 in service.
