The roasted suckling pig was amazing — crispy on the outside and incredibly tender on the inside. The Segovia punch was also very good. Also, Great service and very fast! It’s a small restaurant, but absolutely wonderful. Highly recommended!

The soup, judiones, was good definitely something worth trying. The pork, however, was dry. When cooking this type of pork, you need to constantly pour the juices back over the meat so it doesn’t dry out, something people often forget to do. I’ve tried roasted pork all over the world
