What a meal! I came here during the chaos of San Fermín, and despite how busy it was, the staff made the experience exceptional. Martha and Nerea were incredibly pleasant and welcoming who are genuinely kind and accommodating from the moment I walked in. The open, spotless kitchen caught my eye right away and you can literally see the fresh seafood going into the paella. Chef Andrés Conde made it personal.
