Very disappointing. We were four. Two people had their food brought 25 minutes before the other two but amazingly the food that was brought late ( two very expensive burgers ) was cold and undercooked although we asked for well done. A very expensive experience . We couldn't even be bothered sending the cold burgers back as more waiting would have been even more intolerable. It wasn't even at a busy time. We had a great experience at TGI Fridays, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Tatiana. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our table. The service and cook from the restaurant was incredible , Noelia from Africa, was our waitress and cocker took GREAT care of us both times that we’ve come here. This is one of the best restaurants I have been to during my trip to Seville, went there to celebrate my Wife’s birthday and it turned out to be a great and a wonderful blast. The staff presented us with the complementary cake and also sang birthday song for her and made her dance as well.
