I was staying at the hotel next-door and came to the Starbucks every morning. All of the people working there were so friendly and gracious and helpful. Every day they would fill my water bottle with ice and water and get me my drinks with a smile. I even got some breakfast croissants and they were delicious. Love the Starbucks and highly recommend. Best team.

You typical Starbucks cafe. This one has a great location, it's next to my hotel. Great way to get coffee before heading out exploring Madrid. This Starbucks is pretty much what you'd expect from branch of this chain. That is, excellent coffee, friendly service, a good choice of snacks and as others have mentioned, a bit cheaper compared to the UK where I'm from, so it makes the coffee taste that much better.
