The food was good and we were helped quickly at the beginning. We ordered the daily menu for 16.95€ and it was so good. Once we were ready for dessert it took them 45 minutes to help us and bring it. They kept forgetting what we had ordered and they kept saying they would come help us and didn’t. Finally when they brought dessert we handed them cash so they could charge us. Apparently we did not give them enough money because since it’s Holy Week, the menu was 20.95€ per person, which it didn’t say anywhere. This restaurant is in a quiet part of town away from the busy square. I chose Diario 2 which included a primero and segundo course. Overall cost was €11.95 which is cheaper than several other menu del dia I saw in nearby places. There are vegan options on the menu but they did not have the croquettes when I visited. Staff spoke English and it was easy to communicate with them.
