The problem lies with the service and the overall impression of customer care. The service was quite cold, with no warmth or friendliness, and not a single thoughtful touch was offered throughout the entire meal. And the most surprising thing: after spending nearly €100 ordering à la carte at a restaurant that also offers a daily set menu, we ordered limoncello at the end, and they had the nerve to charge us for it
