After numerous visits to this place, I finally managed to take some pictures of the food yesterday to attach here. Since discovering it a couple of months ago, we haven't stopped going whenever we can. What can I say! It's become one of my favorites in Valdemoro. Stylish and authentic cuisine at very competitive prices. Today we had the set menu, a four-course tasting menu. How on earth has this place been open for two years and I didn't even know...? A hidden gem, cozy and charming. The decor is beautiful and the music is lovely. The food is spectacular and the value for money is excellent. Generous portions and a cuisine full of nuances, using incredible ingredients. The chef is very friendly without being intrusive.
