Try the Valencian Experience! Amazing food and atmosphere. The paella was perfectly cooked — rich in flavor, with fresh seafood and that perfect socarrat at the bottom. You can really taste the quality and tradition in every bite. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel at home. Quiet, easy-going vibe with very reasonable prices for the quality. Had the arroz señoret for two: nicely done, slightly wet with a gentle crust. All the seafood was already peeled and perfectly seasoned, not too salty. The Albariño was recommended by the manager (perhaps the owner?) and paired beautifully. Also added the secreto ibérico, a bit crusty on the outside but still tender inside, served with mashed potatoes, truffle, and three pimientos de padrón. Rich and satisfying. Absolutely beautiful restaurant. We had wanted to visit for some time and finally did. The interior is like a cave, very unique and cool. The staff are all attentive and exceptional. Rodrigo met us outside and was as charming as can be. Super friendly and a great introduction to what awaited inside. Our server, Miguel, was friendly and helpful. We had their wonderful bruschetta welcome appetizers and ordered an amazing ensalada especial with cesar dressing. Such a yummy salad and easily could be a meal. We also ordered the sea bass that was great and came with mashed potatoes and vegetables. P
