Authentic Mexican food all around — from the staff, to the service, to the flavors. Everything was amazing, and the prices are more than fair for the quality you get. The owner is from Mexico, and you can truly taste that authenticity in every bite. We tried the al pastor, birria, cochinita pibil, and pescado tacos, and every single one was a hit. The meats were flavorful and well-seasoned, the tortillas tasted fresh, and nothing felt watered down or “Americanized.” In our opinion, this is the best taco spot in Valencia. I’m from the U.S. and have plenty of access to really amazing Mexican food. It has been a struggle to find Mexican food in Europe that is at the same level as what I can find there. I was absolutely blown away by this place. Everything from flavor, to portion size, to salsa was fantastic. If this places had breakfast burritos and free wifi, I’d probably never leave.
