Despite a slight language barrier, the friendly waiter patiently guided us through the menu and even joked with us when we tried serving ourselves paella. Arriving near closing time, we felt warmly welcomed without any rush to leave. We started with delicious tapas, including an unforgettable pork belly dish, followed by a seafood paella bursting with mussels, large crayfish, and prawns, all served over the most flavorful rice I’ve ever tasted.
