This was one of the most unpleasant and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had as a customer. I stopped by simply because I needed change for parking – I clearly stated I wanted to buy a bottle of water or a drink to go. I was not asking for change, I was ready to make a normal purchase. Instead of basic courtesy and minimal professionalism, I was met with arrogance, sighing, and obvious irritation from the staff, as if my presence itself was a problem. Decent food, very helpful and polite service. Little bit of tear gas (nearby protest). A meal I will never forget 🤣 Just to clarify, I would recommend this restaurant, this was a unique occurrence. I was laughing about it all day, weird stuff happens to me on holidays (I've been evacuated from Gatwick airport, Bordeaux St Jean station and a train to near Colmar!), and this is the new winner.

Very uncaring and unprofessional "service". The waiter didn't care about what we wanted and brought unwanted bottle to our table that we politely didn't refuse as it was opened already. The food is average and the waiter we had spoke very little English and no French yet he did feel very confident about his "skills". This was quite different from our experience at other Swiss restaurants. Also, the value for the average food is bad. Not recommended.

Very rude service and put "reserved" on the table while we were seated. Not worth it, the drinks/food are as important as the service.
