Sang Ly★★★★★Absolutely love this place! Yangming Spring is one of my all-time favorite vegetarian restaurants in Taipei. Every time I visit, I am amazed by how fresh and carefully chosen the ingredients are. You can truly taste the quality in every bite. The flavors are creative and well balanced, and every dish looks like a piece of art. The restaurant itself is calm, elegant, and surrounded by beautiful greenery. It feels peaceful, like stepping into a little oasis away from the busy city. I always leave feeling happy, relaxed, and full of good energy. I highly recommend this restaurant to whoever loves vegetarians.
Alexandra K★★★★★I had long wanted to experience the haute cuisine of Taiwan. Europeans often find it challenging to fall in love with Asian flavors our culinary habits and preferences can be very different. As a vegetarian, discovering a place that can truly surprise and delight me is always an extra challenge. To my surprise, the 1920$ tasting menu turned out to be incredibly filling, delicately balanced, and thoughtfully crafted. Each dish was precise, clean, and focused on textures and seasonal ingredients. The plates didn’t try to “convince” me they gently introduced me to local cuisine in a way I could genuinely appreciate. And that felt truly special. The only thing that left me a bit unsure was the dessert. The pudding seemed less expressive compared to the rest of the courses, but that’s purely a matter of personal taste: I simply love my desserts very sweet, while this one was more restrained. Overall, it was a surprisingly comfortable and delicious experience. If you want to understand Tai

Alice Li★★★★Gorgeous scenery and flowers at this hard-to-reach restaurant. Overall, food is vegetarian fine-dining that is delicious but not particularly special. A couple dishes did stand out as Michelin-level, but otherwise just a solid vegetarian meal with a lot of pretty floral decorations. I highly recommend the regular ~2000NT meal instead of the ~4000NT Michelin-rated meal based on taste. As another review mentioned, the Michelin meal had slightly more truffle but the taste is a little more one dimensional. The Michelin meal has prettier presentation but worse taste in my opinion. They share a similar main dish (monkey-head mushroom that is almost reminiscent of a vegetarian meatloaf) with a truffle gravy and different sides. However, the standout dish to me was in the 2000NT set meal: a savory tart made with vegan cheese, banana, and green veggies with some truffle flavor —- the flavors were creative and melded together well. The other star of the meal was the Pu-er tea — light without bi
Calling The Nuke★★★★★An exceptional visit with an almost ethereal atmosphere to complement with the menu experience. If you are vegan look no further than this place, it is the one and only visit in Taipei where they deliver that to whom with a finer palate. Every dish made with such detail bringing a perfect balance with notes of subtle flavors from the natural ingredients. Nothing tastes overpowering all ingredients used with respect bringing out only flavors of the fresh produce. Only downside is the limited ingredients you are pretty much done with the menu once your course is finished so no reordering on the menu. Not recommended to go if you have an APPETITE. So be prepared to have at least a meal before you dine here cause you will be left hungry afterwards. Regardless it’s an amazing Michelin approved restaurant which I highly encourage to visit specially if you’re vegan looking for a unique experience.
鐘予恩★★★★★A zen style vegetarian restaurant located in young Ming mountain. The whole restaurant area is more like a forest park surrounded by big trees and decorated with many of the owner’s sculpture works. You can see huge stone-carved elephant and Buddha statues sitting under big trees. The whole dinning area is paved with tatami giving a light Japanese touch. The owner will provide clean disposable socks for the visitors to walk freely on the tatami. The food is all made from vegetables. All are with great presentation and taste that you forget it’s vegetarian. For the traffic, it is not easy to locate, taxi might be a good better choice for visitors who don’t have car in town. The price ranged from 1000-2000, totally worth it though. All staffs are friendly and helpful.
