Food: 1. Beef filet kebab in fermented tofu sauce oh wrap: 10/10. Highly recommended. The beef is extremely tender and the sauce is not too overwhelming, just the right amount of flavour and has depth. Each of the sides tastes different: roasted pumpkin and potato both flavourful (Mediterranean-like), radish is juicy and Japanesey, kale is lightly salted and baked adding depth to the whole wrap, Taiwanese kimchi is fresh, slightly sweet and sour, lotus root is slightly sweet and crunchy, the teriyaki sauce is light, paired with crispy bits in the wrap and this nutty, slightly sweet sauce inside - everything works perfectly together. So perfect we had to order an extra wrap and almost had to lick the bowl clean. 2. Smoke pork neck oh wrap: 8.5/10. The pork neck is very nice, but more predictable compared to the beef. I would give it a 7/10 on its own, but the sides (as described above) help add another 1.5 points to this dish as a whole. 3. The veg is served cold in a sweet vinegar sauc

Food was good. Service was a little off. We had to wait while there was lots of empty table. The server put teas at the far end of the table without saying anything. We didn't know that was teas. We thought it was sauces? When dishes arrived at the table, the server again left the dishes at the far side of the table instead of in the middle of the table.

Our initial impression of the restaurant's vibes was okay as we entered, but we were left ignored in the front area for several minutes. At first, we assumed it might be due to a lack of staff. However, a waitress later passed by and treated us as if we were invisible. This gave me a hunch that the service here wouldn't be good. The description of the menu provided by the waitress was quick, impatient, and not easy to comprehend. This might be due to inadequate training or her personal demeanor. To be honest, some of the dishes here are unique and worth trying. After all, that was the primary reason we came here in the first place (the second reason being its 4.3-star review). The soup was plain and rather ordinary, while the hot pot main course was okay with a tasty broth. The "paper-wrapped rice" main course seemed overcooked but was generously portioned. Surprisingly, both the cold and hot drinks were served before the meals without asking for our preferences, and the hot drink end

The vegetarian dishes were not good. Very mild taste for the risotto in a paper (called baked fried rice for some reason). The vegetarian fried mushrooms in a wrap were so oily and with old oil that I'd think they brought it from the cheapest night market stand the night before. Berry yogurt smoothie used yakult, wilhich made it pretty bad if you're not a yakult fan. The atmosphere is nice though, and the other people in our group enjoyed their dishes. Hope the restaurant will improve...
