Yoooooo, had an absolute blast at Rolling Bar! The vibe here is incredible, largely thanks to the amazing staff. Bartenders William and Remy are total pros—the drinks were absolutely spot on and perfectly crafted. Love William and Remy🫰 Our servers—Alice, Jilson, Vanessa, Frank, and Cecilia—were incredibly attentive, sweet, and kept the energy high all night. They even invited us to play foosball and bowlin, and they were so good at hyping everyone up and bringing the house down. If you want fantastic drinks, fun games, and a team that treats you like close friends, this is the place to be. Shout out to Vanessa.

My wife and I were staying at the Intercontinental Taichung and stopped by for drinks during two of the three nights of our hotel stay. We tried all three of the signature cocktails and enjoyed them all, especially the champagne gold. We also had food each visit including the beef noodle soup, beef sliders and tuna tacos. All the food was great. They have games such as bowling, darts, shuffle board and foosball. They also have a DJ that comes on later in the evening. What really set this bar apart and brought us back the second night was the spectacular staff. Special shout out to Frank, Remy, Jilson and Alice for being so accommodating and providing such great service.

We stayed at the Intercontinental Taiwan and the stay was excellent. I spent most of my time at the Rolling Bar on the fifth floor. I can not say enough about the exquisite atmosphere at this bar. The music was great and it was during a Jazz festival here. They had all my favorite whiskeys especially my Johnnie Walker Blue. The key highlight was the members of the team, i met Jilson supervisor, Remy, Vanessa, Frankie, Cecilia, and Alice the intern. Finally Mr Gunnar the F&B director came by…I will definitely come again

Alice was able to speak to us in English which helped since my Chinese is not great. Frank came by to chat and was a great host - fun to talk with.
