I used to really enjoy Jackwell Cafe. The owner is very friendly and clearly passionate and knowledgeable about coffee. I was also happy to see the café growing and opening a second location. However, in several recent visits the waiting time has been very long. Today I waited in line for quite a while and the staff making coffee didn’t acknowledge the queue or communicate with customers, which made the experience confusing. Another customer told me he had already waited about 30 minutes for a simple black coffee. I understand good coffee takes time, but a little communication with customers would really improve the experience. I hope this feedback helps, as it’s a café with great potential. ☕

A lovely hidden gem for great coffee. I really like the outdoor seating area for me to do some reading and people watching. I tried the brownie with my coffee. It was yummy but I personally think it was a little bit overpriced (95 NTD). I wish they could have at least heated it up for me instead of just giving me a packaged product.

easy to miss the entrance, but has a great patio area at the back, and despite being a small place all in all it has a nice lounge café feel to it with chill music and some great coffee. 特調咖啡for me as especially good with strong coffee flavor and not sour at all. only downside is no AC or they don't turn it on, either way it gets very hot very quickly inside.

This is my favorite coffeeshop in Taipei. Super nice and friendly staff, good prices, quirky interior, strong wifi and the best atmosphere! My favorite part is the outdoor area that leads into the alleyway. Love it here.
