The most amazing Chinese fine dining experience ever. Truly hats off to Chef Ice! Definitely a must try (if you can get a reservation -heard it's almost a 2 year wait!).
Came with zero expectations, left with more than I expected! Most of the food was fantastic (except for the creamy abalone). Service was spot on, not too much, not too little. The counter seating with strangers made the vibe a little awkward But it was still a wonderful experience overall
My fav fine-dining place so far. Reasonable price and taste good. Although it's hard to book but worth a visit

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Culinary Fusion – A Must-Visit Masterpiece! 'Cross" offers an extraordinary dining experience that brilliantly marries traditional Chinese flavors with exquisite French culinary techniques and presentation. Every dish is a work of art, beautifully presented and meticulously crafted. Here are the highlights from our meal: The Signature Fish Maw Soup: Slow-cooked in a rich, deeply savory chicken broth. It was absolutely sublime and comforting—comfortably the star of the night. The Seafood & Meats: The lobster was incredibly fresh and sweet, while the foie gras was generously portioned and seared to perfection. The beef steak was another standout, paired with an innovative sauce infused with Chinese five-spice (pa-lo) that offered a wonderfully unique and savory twist. Abalone & Rice: The abalone was impressively large with a perfect, wonderfully chewy (chewy/nubb-nub) texture, making the dish incredibly satisfying. Securing a reservation here is notoriously difficu

It was one of the most impressive meals I’ve ever experienced—flawless from start to finish. The highlight was undoubtedly the deep-fried shark fin served with a rich chicken broth infused with smoked Yunnan ham, delivering remarkable depth and elegance. The opening course was equally exceptional, showcasing the chef’s ability to draw out the pure, seasonal essence of ingredients—transforming kuruma ebi into a delicate chawanmushi. It was, without question, the best shrimp dish I’ve had this year. I also thoroughly enjoyed the Brittany lobster, as well as the abalone, which was prepared over an extraordinary eight-day process. Using dried African abalone, it was first rehydrated and then gently braised for six more days, resulting in an impeccable balance of flavor, aroma, and a beautifully tender yet springy texture. To finish, the bird’s nest dessert was served with sticky rice and tea ice cream, topped with freshly grated Amalfi lemon zest. It was the perfect palate cleanser—eleg

A cross between french and chinese cuisine. Very well made with an easy to understand texture and taste. Really interesting how they serve different kind of tea in between the course. Booking is a little crazy right now, but if there’s a spot I’d recommend trying. My fav: fish steamed egg, abalone, fish maw soup, lobster risotto

This is my fourth visit and my second with my 8 y/o. The staffs are very friendly to take care of us and tend to my kid’s a la carte order from their parent Chinese seafood restaurant next door. Cross is always fully booked and maybe hard to get a table but not impossible. I admired their policy to provide limited seating to repeat customers so new ones can have a chance to enjoy their food. Unlike many other fine dining where regulars comes first to the point no new comer can ever visit, until their business goes downhill. The food here are excellent. Chinese food with French technique. It’s very subtle and nothing is over done and nothing is pretentious. Our friends who dislike Chinese food truly enjoyed the experience. The brother sister duo take great care and very thoughtful on how to design and present each dishes. The price point and what was servers almost feels like a giveaway. One of the best valued fine dining anywhere. Highly recommended.

Absolutely outstanding experience at Cross. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The steamed fish with umami broth and salmon roe was delicate and delicious. The seared goose liver was rich and perfectly balanced with a refreshing topping. The lobster was juicy, cooked to perfection, and paired with a creamy sauce and truffle. Service was smooth and professional. Easily one of the best modern Chinese fine dining spots I’ve been to. Highly recommended.
