A fantastic experience at Glo, Rosewood Abu Dhabi! Chef William personally visited our table and generously offered home-made fries and tiramisu cake on the house, which was a wonderful and thoughtful touch. Along with Chef Irfan Bati (pizza-expert), the passion behind the food truly showed. We loved every dish including the club sandwich, wagyu burger, margherita pizza, and rigatoni al pomodoro e basilico were all delicious and perfectly executed. Excellent service by Abdul Rahman, Barrie, Monica, Ivan, Matthew, and Aziz, they were warm, attentive, and professional until closing time. Highly recommended for great food and exceptional hospitality, across the Capital!

Very disappointing service. We ordered a Greek salad for 90 AED and received something made with very cheap, tasteless tomatoes and cucumbers that honestly felt low quality and careless. When customers pay this kind of price, they expect fresh premium ingredients, not something that feels thrown together with the cheapest products possible. We informed the staff about it, but nobody took responsibility and absolutely nothing was done to solve the situation. Very poor customer care and definitely not worth the money.
