I visited this shisha lounge specifically to watch a FIFA World Cup match. Before arriving, I confirmed that the game would be shown, but even after kickoff, the staff were struggling to find the correct channel, which was disappointing and defeated the purpose of coming there in the first place. To make matters worse, they would randomly mute the match audio during the game. Each time this happened, we had to go downstairs and ask the staff to unmute it. This happened multiple times and significantly affected the viewing experience. On the positive side, the coffee and shisha were good. We also stayed after the match to play a board game. During that time, the manager stopped by and told us that the place operates 24 hours and that we were welcome to stay as long as we liked. He was polite, professional, and a true gentleman.
