This was my second visit here, and unfortunately, it will most likely be my last. The biggest disappointment was the behavior of the manager. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. When we raised our concern, he casually said, “You can write a review or do whatever you want, I don’t care,” and even asked us to mention his name (Sinu), which clearly reflects his attitude. It’s surprising how someone with such behavior is managing a bar. The issue started with the pool table. There were no clear rules or time limits, and a group had been playing continuously for almost 3 hours. When we requested a turn, they refused, and the management did nothing to resolve the situation. Basic rules like time limits should be implemented so all customers get a fair chance. Dear Management of McGettigan’s Ajman, I wish to formally apprise you of a deeply disconcerting experience during my recent visit to your establishment. While I must acknowledge that the quality of your cuisine and overall service standards were exemplary, I was profoundly perturbed and bewildered by the demeanor and conduct of your manager, Mr. Shinu. His manner of communication was not only discourteous but also unequivocally inappropriate. In an astonishing display of unprofessionalism, he explicitly threatened us by stating that we would be prohibited from entering the premises in the future. Such an assertion, delivered in an abrasive and confrontational tone, was both unwarranted and distressing. I urge you to review the CCTV footage for an objective assessment of the incident. In my experience, this is the worst McGettigan's in the UAE. I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated. After we had already paid our bill, a waiter and a security guard were rude and shouted at us. We were then forced to leave the venue. During the incident, security staff used excessive physical force against us, which left me feeling shocked and unsafe. Suggest to remove the nigerian sucurity. Customers should be treated with respect and professionalism at all times. This experience was completely unacceptable and has left a very negative impression. I hope management thoroughly investigates this incident and takes appropriate action to improve staff conduct and customer safety.
