We went to celebrate our anniversary, but the place should better maintain their seating policy. They claim to operate on a first-come, first-served basis, but we noticed that some single occupants occupied 4-6 seats, which staff should address. Additionally, the drinks need improvement in both quality and variety. Our experience was similar to others' comments, and we hope they focus on enhancing these aspects. Recommended to visit for view purpose only.

The service was very slow. I only ordered two drinks and a salad, yet it took almost a full hour for the food to be served. The place itself is very beautiful, but it lacks excellent performance and fast service. The atmosphere was also extremely hot, and the staff were not visible most of the time—it felt as if no one was actually working in the restaurant. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit. I have visited before, and it was not at this level. I’m actually glad I didn’t order more food, as it might have taken two hours to arrive. This is especially surprising considering there were not many customers at the time. I hope they improve and enhance their service in the future.

We visited for afternoon tea to celebrate a birthday and had such a beautiful experience. ✨ We tried the new afternoon tea and it was absolutely lovely a thoughtful selection of delicate sandwiches freshly baked scones, and elegant pastries, all beautifully presented. The flavors were refined and balanced making it a perfect afternoon treat The ambiance was calm elegant and ideal for a special celebration. The staff were warm attentive and added a lovely touch to the occasion, making us feel truly welcomed and cared for One small suggestion, it would be wonderful if the valet parking time could be extended beyond 3 hours, especially since afternoon tea is often enjoyed as part of a celebration. Three hours can feel a little tight, and having more time (or no limit) would really add to the overall experience. A memorable afternoon and a place worth returning to for special moments. 🌸🍰☕️
