Exceptional! Firstly the service is 10/10 and excellent. Staff are very switched on and very professional. Decor is very nice and the mood and vibe was great. We tried the restaurant week special and we're not disappointed. 125 pp. 2 starters 2 mains for 2. Plus dessert a cocktail special. The Salmon Avo maki was fresh but nothing too memorable. However the other starter which was a spicy tuna with crispy rice crackers and dips was absolutely excellent. Mains were Baby Glazed chicken. Delicious and tender. Grilled Marinated Salmon was mouth wateringly tasty and prepared to perfection. Dessert was the Hokkaido cheesecake which was categorically the best cheesecake I ever ate! Overall a very memorable and wonderful experience. Highly reccomended.

The restaurant's setting is very pleasant. Beautiful, tasteful decor. Romantic atmosphere. The dining room is dimly lit. The staff is very attentive, and the service is discreet and impeccable. Finally, regarding the food, it's certainly one of the best restaurants in Dubai. The cuisine is creative, the flavors sophisticated. The cod is cooked to perfection, tender and succulent. The Wagyu beef melts in your mouth, and the sauces are exceptional. As for the desserts, the pineapple cheesecake is incredibly refreshing with a crisp shortbread base. A must-try! Don’t go for Dubai week…portions were ridiculous.

Service was professional and genuinely welcoming; a small but appreciated touch was staff moving my chair to make things more comfortable. At around 150 AED for the business lunch, it felt like very good value for money. Would happily return.

at Mimi Kakushi, and every visit has been consistently wonderful. The staff were incredibly sweet, attentive, and helpful throughout the evening. At the end of our dinner, they surprised my mom with a complimentary dessert for her birthday without us even asking, which was such a thoughtful and kind gesture. The food was excellent as always — the truffle rice was absolutely delicious, and we especially loved the beef gyoza and shrimp tempura sushi. Overall, it was a lovely experience with great food and exceptional hospitality.
