A chain restaurant offering quick bites, suitable for those looking to grab something on the run. While they offer sit in dining, its not a posh sushi bar and it doesnt pretend to be one. Interesting that the menu tells you how much calories each meal is, very novel. Has sockets so I guess also a place to work on the laptop or charge the phone?

Didn't like the taste in pots and it's bit hard to eat in pots. I thought it is in bowls. It's my bad. I didn't check the things properly. But it's not that much worthy for that price. Specially the eggs. Can't recommend this. It feels like artificial food when eating.

Genuinely lovely service by Leo! I was only visiting Aberdeen for a week, and popped into Itsu to grab a quick bite. Although no sashimi was available (which I asked for) because tuna had run out for the day, the very kind Leo gave me a bag of almonds (which I had selected off the shelf) on the house (apparently this is something Itsu employees can do!) and really made my day with that gesture :) Thanks Leo (and Itsu)! You're a star :) I'll be back for proper food soon!

Good budget sushi. Not amazing but for fast food is good enough. Place is clean tidy, good atmosphere. Staff well presented and kind. It was my first visit to this branch.
