Ordered food for my children, took over 2 hours to arrive! Rung the shop numerous times was told 'its busy driver is out with your order' I live 10-15 minutes max away from the shop!!!!! Absolutely terrible!!! Constant problems with delivery when ive ordered, this is just unbelievable!!! Food arrived stone cold had to reheat for my children to eat it!!! Terrible. Delivery is definitely going to put this place out of business because people wont order again!

Normally good but lately it’s taken over an hour to be delivered and the food is lukewarm, even though we live about 10 minutes away. Food tonight was 90 minutes late and only when we rang did the driver come out, and food is mostly cold.

all I'm going to say is make your drivers invest in Insulated Food Delivery Bag cause its cold and cold food no matter how it taste isn't good my chips are solid after 2 minutes the cheese isn't cheesy and before you go are drivers do have these bags I've watched with his window down pull up take it from is back seat with no insulated bag!!!! oh btw I live 15 mins away max on google it says 9 mins I'm sorry if this is a bit much but like c'mon one thing u need to do is serve it warm like I'm touching it now and its stone cold I ordered at 8:10 it got here at 9:15 I've started this 5 - 10 mins

Order here regularly recently had a short change from a driver by mistake contacted the boss and he sorted it very fast seeing that I had back the money as soon as possible lovely people as well as drivers usually very good no issues food always hot lovely to talk to on phone too
