Things have changed since I last came last month. They changed the prices, before you could get a kebab roll with chips for £1.50 now its £2.50 and another change is they no longer give you 1 sauce for free they now charge which is ridiculous. The lady serving did not smile and was not as friendly. The kebab roll tasted good but needs to be wrapped better as the sauce at the bottom always busts through and spills on clothes or all over my hands. I think it needs double wrapping. Had an amazing experience at Chaiiwala Acton thanks to Kajal! Her customer service was outstanding from start to finish — very welcoming, polite, and attentive. She made sure everything was perfect and served us with a smile throughout. The food and chai were excellent, but Kajal’s friendly attitude and professionalism really made the visit stand out. I recently visited this branch of Chaiiwala after quite some time and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. During my lunch break, I ordered a chicken tikka pasty along with a roll. However, when I returned to the office, I discovered I had been given a chicken and sweetcorn pasty instead. Mistakes can happen, and I wasn’t even seeking a refund,just wanted to make the staff aware so it could be avoided in future. What was more concerning was the response from the owner.
