I was in screen 5 downstairs which has no direct access to the toilets and food and drink which are on the top floor many stairs, or a lift ride up. There was not much slope on the floor, so view of the screen could potentially be hindered by someone tall. Price was good, £5 for a Saturday matinee. I'm not sure if it was cheap because screen 5 is not situated with 1-4 or if it was a mistake?

Screen 5 is not monitored regularly enough. My family, other families and genuine customers had to endure 5 GROWN men behaving worse than small children through the entire film. No-one was prepared to confront them/alert staff upstairs because why would we put our families in potential danger? These people sat at the back shouting over the film, kicking cans about, they didn't appear to be even watching the film. Their goal appeared to be to get a rise out of someone, it was father's day! What dad's/decent people are looking for confrontation on a family day? Staff came in 1 time but 2 of them

Never walked out of a cinema so quickly in my life. We have recently moved to the area, this was the closest cinema, found it strange to take a lift up to the main area where the kiosk is. Screen to order food is slow and glitchy. Toilets were located. Only to be told our screen was No.5 and it was back downstairs by the front door with no one manning it. Down stairs has no toilets, so if you need to go then you have to travel back up. We sat down and the room smelt musky. The seats are all on the same level. The screen was absolutely tiny.
