Always good experience at Sainsbury's although handing control of the parking to private firms to fine customers us a big mistake. I have spent over the years tens of thousandscof pounds and hours shopping. I m 70 years of age, currently being persued by a debt collection firm hounding paylent of now £170 because i exceeded a 30minute time parking limit at the Sainsbury's store on top if Breck Hill in mapperley. I have explained, countless times that this us not something i knowingly accepted when parking there, nor is at any Sainbury site i choose to visit, park and shop in the locale. I am b

Went into Sainsbury Arnold yesterday.. When l went to the only one in operation check outs l was informed that that one was closing. I asked if another would be opening up and the curt response was "I only know l am closing" As l always use the staff operated checkouts, l was about to leave my full shopping basket and just walk out. If the member of staff had said something like l will find out for you or at least try and be a bit more customer friendly/focused, then l may not have walked out without purchase. I been going to superstores around Nottinghamshire for my whole life. Now what's the problem - milk is my favourite thing but the manufacturing needs more improvement , not saying it happens all the time, it still needs fair improvement. I brought two milks today, one of the milks were slowly leaking out milk, a common issue that still occurs among milks today. Either improve thin materials & the imperfect seals OR return to cartons. It saves my time having to clean the fridge then place tissues underneath.

Ants in the donuts, luckly i saw before i brought them! Gross and i understand mistakes can be made but ants? Maybe check before putting things on the shelf
