Honestly quite underwhelming. The service was fine, nothing to complain about there, but the food really missed the mark. I waited about 30 minutes for my order, which felt like a long time considering how it turned out. The burger wasn’t great — the buns were burnt, the beef didn’t seem properly cooked, and the lettuce was soggy and off-putting. The fries were the biggest disappointment though, they genuinely tasted like they’d been microwaved rather than freshly made. Overall, not a great experience and definitely not somewhere I’d go back to anytime soon.

Glad to see wimpy open again, nice clean fresh restaurant, service was quick all food cooked to order enjoyable experience. Two criticisms, Every customer pushed the door the wrong way, really needs a sign (push/pull) It takes a long time to actually pay for the food.

I am eating at this store.food was ok but service was awful. They are menu prices are ok but when I pay they charge me twice. I ask them actually I order meal deals but when I pay they charge me Separately, staff lying with me and say sorry but she don’t correction my bill. I don’t recommend anyone to go this shop..

Popped to Wimpy on thier day of re-opening and received fantastic service, great food and one of my favourite Banana Milkshakes from a Fast Food/Diner style resturaunt. Fresh salad in the burgers was a nice change to the rest, chips look unassuming but were in fact brilliant. Adorned with a serving of Special Sauce this was a great experience that I can't pick any holes in. Edit: Continuing on our Wimpy journey, the quality and service continues to impress! 10/10
