“Lovely staff and great food in the cafe!”

Very disappointed with my recent Waitrose delivery. I ordered 4 packs of lychees, and 2 of them arrived covered in mold, making them completely inedible. Fresh produce should be properly checked before being sent to customers, especially when ordering online. I expected much better quality from Waitrose. I hope they improve their quality control and issue a refund for the spoiled items.

Special thanks to the wonderful lady on the self service checkout and the generous lady serving on the ‘lottery till‘. Love this cafe. Perfect place to start your day. Unfortunately no hot food due to technical issues but still nice coffee and croissants as an alternative :) fully recommend. Family friendly, amazing stuff and service.

Opened today- it has a wide range of foods although not a huge freezer section. Good range of free from and vegetarian food. Has a community room and outside seating area. Has a great essentials selection and plants area outside
