We visited 23rd December. The staff as usual were attentive ,friendly and polite. Food came out quickly and there was a fab playlist on giving it a festive party vibe. We had the hispi cabbage, peanut butter chicken wings, veg spring rolls, barbecued courgette, pork and sprouts and chilli potatoes. Everything was unreal but the cabbage absolutely stole the show and I hope they add it to the menu as permanent feature!

This is the best Vietnamese restaurant we have ever been to. The dishes were perfect and so different from all the other Vietnamese restaurants which normally just serve Pho noodles. The spices were lovely. The music was amazing 90s pop. The place was heaving and testament to its quality! Highly recommended.

Having known Ming, the owner and creator of Eat Vietnam since the late 80s, I had been meaning to get along ever since he opened the place but with no success due to trying to just walk up. Booking is essential! Wonderful, wonderful dishes, prepared and served with love and attention. Those peanut butter and marmite chicken wings are sublime, although my favourite was the aubergine. Tried to eat everything but the portions were huge, so we now have Vietnamese breakfast too. See you very, very soon!
