What has happened? Service was poor, policies ridiculous can't be given hot water to go with my coffee would have to re queue if it was too strong services was slow staff did not seem to care spent £12.35 I unpleasant atmosphere. Can't even get through to Starbucks customer services Services

Terrible service food had been warned and I stood with it in my hand whilst waiting for at least 5 drinks to be made individually and served including a tea right before mine. Hence I finally got a scolding hot latte in an unholdable paper cup with no taste and despite being an eat in order. Server did not even look me in the face let alone apologise.just plain rude and will spend my money else where in future.

Had a rather abhorrent experience at this Starbucks today. I use their spaces a lot when i am out and about, including in my home town so that i can study and work. Being a student it helps to get away from the distractions at home. All establishment's that serve food and drink have to provide free tap water by law. This is what i asked for when approached by a member of staff after grabbing a table because i had all my study materials with me. Dirty floor coffee cups everywhere , cake cabinet full of crumbs and staff that just stand talking instead of doing there Job . Also stand talking whilst serving . They have no customer service and no real work ethic . I won't be returning
