I ordered through just eat. They have a buy one get one free offer. I ordered. chose options for two. Someone receive one pizza, call the number and a gentleman tells me they have the buy one get one free offer tomorrow. He then says they don't do that deal, confirms it's fireaway pizza. If they are willing to lie in your face, what are they putting the in food? Absolutely shocking in 2026 UK.

The salad served alongside the peperoni calzone was a disappointment. The greens were visibly old and had a distinct unpleasant odor. Freshness is key when it comes to salads, and unfortunately, this aspect was lacking. On the brighter side, the Meat Head Pizza and BBQ Boss Pizza were highlights of the meal.

Amazing service - confirmation of your order via Just eat is simple, yet much appreciated feature. Food itself arrived quickly, neatly packed. Main and side warm and tasty, drink still chilled. Multiple deals whether you go for delivery or stop by in store (walking distance from train station). Several options both in mains as well as sides (savoury along with many sweet options). Plethora of drinks/beverages to go for. Will be happy to order more in future!

Fireaway was amazing serving authentic Italian pizza that was light and fresh when it first opened but over the last year has gotten progressively worse. I've ordered semi regularly across the year and twice recently and both times the pizza has been undercooked, overly greasy and the ingredients seem to be of a lower quality. The last order was no doubt the final time I order from fireaway as it really wasn't pleasant.
