Love going to Pret usually and the range of food and drink is outstanding. However, at this particular branch there is one member of staff who is consistently rude to customers, it seems without exception. I believe everyone knows who he is if they go in there regularly. Or even if they don’t. He knowingly overcharged us today when he misheard what we ordered; briefly apologised for mishearing, fleetingly we saw the recognition on his face that the item we actually wanted was far cheaper …. then he omitted to do anything about it and hurriedly busied himself elsewhere. Amazing place and service. All the staff are so kind and friendly. You have a lots of options to decide which coffee would you like to have. And the food as well, fresh fruit, salad, sandwiches, hot food. it’s a very good place to have a lovely breakfast/lunch/dinner. And don’t forget about the subscription is AMAZING you can have 5 coffee p/day I would recommend %100. I love pret! ☕️💚

Great ambience, with indoor and outdoor seating. They have their usual coffe, cakes and nitbits. Most of the people there are for quality family or quiet time. The indoor is brightly lit. They have short shelves of organic food which mostly remains empty due to maybe a great demand. I usually visit this place for fresh coffee. I find it ok. Staffs are great. Enjoy.
