I have to review mainly because Jay the member of staff serving at Starbucks Basingstoke is truly a real breath of fresh air. Always incredibly kind and takes so much time to really care which actually makes such a huge difference to the day. I can’t express how much difference this makes particularly as it has been on more than one occasion now and honestly it’s so rare to find in any service environment now but really ensures I want to return. I’m never made to feel rushed I’m always asked about my day and it really makes a big difference.
