Lovely, spacious café and not too busy for a Monday. Sadly there was only one happy, engaging member of staff. Service with a smile makes all the difference. Customers need to feel like they are appreciated Tip: we spend more money if we feel good The tables and floor weren't clean either, which is so off putting -again it's an easy fix.

Service was impeccable got my coffee and hot food at the exact same time, staff were really friendly, sat at the same table I usually sit at and again it still wobbles like the Wobbles of Wimbledon. Maybe one day they will fix it.

Starbucks Coffee in Festival Place This branch is located on upper floor of the mall near Next and is quite spacious inside - there’s also a seating area on the concourse which is where we prefer to sit. There was queue when we arrived but Lovely lady working there on Sunday made the 'cafe time' a little more great and she has a great customers service skills. Our drinks and snacks were what you’d expect and it was quite pleasant to rest our feet for 20mins or so before moving on.
