I really enjoyed Bandook, especially their summer special menu. Thoughtfully put together, it offers a lovely selection drawn from some of their best tapas-style dishes. The atmosphere feels effortless and welcoming. Watching guests arrive to hugs, cheerful greetings, and familiar conversations gave the sense that this is a place people return to again and again. The walls tell stories, with snippets of history and culture woven throughout the space, adding character beyond the food itself. Definitely recommended. Naren, Shijo, Jeeva, Priya and the entire team were great :)

A very nice meal and fantastic staff! It looks us a while to pick a place for dinner for our last night in Bath, and I'm delighted that we picked this one. Our experience at Bandook was enjoyable from start to finish - stellar service (warm, friendly and attentive, without being cloying), yummy food (especially the Pani puri and Bombay prawns) and very fun ambience. During our visit we saw what seemed like a steady stream of regulars, all of whom left happy and well fed. Highly recommend!

The gobi 65 is really nice ! Butter chicken very good. Chilli onion salad great. Several vegan options. The chilli tofu is nice but did need some chilli oil or something extra. Gunpowder chips good too. Staff attentive and welcoming.

This is not like other Indian Restaurants I have tried. Located inside an arcade,down a small flight of stairs.More like a very high quality restaurant serving amazing Indian food. Great modern vibe in here, fresh flavours and spicy as you'd expect. The cauliflower and Grandma's chicken curry are especially good. High quality desserts too. Staff are excellent as is the beautiful decor. Thanks for a great meal Bandook !!
