This was such an amazing experience. I was served by Tvisha who was so polite , calm helpful and patient. She spoke me through the options and made our experience so positive. She presented such an impressive face to the company and genuinely warmed our hearts. Working with her was Leo who was helpful with navigating ourselves to our table and around the restaurant. They brought our food out so fast and super hot and worked super efficiently. Thank you so much Leo and Tvisha at Slimms!!

Overall it was okay, however I feel that I've had better experiences in other branches. Quality control on the food is lacking. We bought two burgers and some tenders to share. The chips were great and my burger was good, but my friend's burger wasn't cooked properly. It had some resistance when biting into it which led us to believe it was undercooked. When we were exiting, we saw a half-eaten burger left by a customer on a table, leading us to think that maybe their burger wasn't cooked properly either. Further, the tenders weren't all evenly cooked. Some were great, others were very water

Ordered on just eat, came within 10 minutes. The portions seem so much bigger online, somehow they’ve put the price at £15, what a disgrace. The chicken wasn’t seasoned at all. Chips were also barely seasoned & the toast was tiny and had a stale, soggy texture. KFC is much better for cheaper, this is the worst chicken chain I’ve tried
