Really unique hotel. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, very welcoming. The decor is awesome, a feast for the eyes! The bar area was comfortable, great vibe, huge choice of drinks. The bedroom was small but very clean, bed was very comfy. The only thing I would say is there was nowhere to put your clothes. No drawers, just a small rail which hung above the fridge unit, so anything longer than a t-shirt can't hang. We only stayed one night, but if I was staying longer I would find that difficult as the room was pretty small.

A lovely hotel with the a great location. It is located right by a tube station and next to shops and restaurants. The room was very clean although quite small for the price. There was aircon which we were utterly grateful for in this heatwave and a super comfy bed! The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Overall, great stay!

Quirky hotel with a lovely team of people and excellent cocktails served in the bar with live music in the evening. We stayed one night. The location is perfect, close to High St Kensington tube station ora walk across Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park to Marble Arch and Oxford St or to Piccadilly. The Natural History Museum, Royal Albert Hall, V&A and Science Museum all within walking distance. My only quibble was the room size - we stayed in a Signature double room and it was very cosy. Otherwise we loved our stay and would return.

As a solo traveler, I can’t find anything negative to say about this hotel. It starts with an incredibly friendly welcome and excellent service throughout my stay. The room is just as described; the air conditioning works reliably and quietly; the bathroom facilities aren’t large, but they’re in excellent condition; and, above all, the bed is very comfortable. On top of that, the location is just a few minutes from the metro and right next to a bus stop. And the price was fair, too. The only thing is that if you’re using the room as a double, some people might find the bed a little small
