Poor customer service and difficulties with ordering as it took ages to get through with the payment. I've never seen order customised like this!! Usually have no problems with this mc donalds but this has made me feel that I'm better off spending my money somewhere else!!

I had a fantastic experience at the Dagenham McDonald’s Yesterday, all thanks to Sana! From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru, she was incredibly welcoming and professional. I was asked to park up, and Sana actually brought the food over to my car herself. She had a genuine smile on her face and made sure everything was 100% correct and piping hot. It’s rare to get such high-quality, personal customer service at a drive-thru, but Sana really went above and beyond to make the effort. She’s an absolute credit to the Dagenham team! I’ll definitely be choosing this branch again. Keep up

Had to wait for over 10 minutes for our food. The air conditioning was blasting cold air as if we're in the middle if summer (it's March and the temperature outside about 10°C). Did a second order from the app - double cheeseburger and fries (very simple in my opinion) and had to wait another 10+ minutes. The toilets were filthy - the floors sticky, no toilet paper in one of the stalls, again super cold air blasting from the air con. I'd say I'm a frequent visitor at other McDonald's restaurants but this is the first time I encounter this type of service and poorly maintained space.

We was served by leila. A really nice and helpfull woman at the drive. We didn't know the m'eu and she recommanded things based on our taste. The naga sauce she recommanded was amazing.
