Visited for lunch with one of my service users, one the lady at the bar had finished serving the customer at the bar she saw to my order straight away. Although we waited for about half an hour for our food it was very nice and she did apologise for the wait. I went to the bar to order a drink, I waited for about 3 to 5 mins to be served as the waitress was in the kitchen, there was a memeber of staff at the bar area doing a display, I could see that he was busy but not once did he noticed me waiting to be served. Although this did not ruin our dining experience.
